Lead times vary for final product and are extremely seasonal with the bulk of the processing occurring in August through October. Pricing above does NOT include processing costs. Processing is usually a kill fee, hanging weight fee, and additional/upgrade fees. Estimate is anywhere from $100-300 in additional processing costs with the high likely being an upgrade beyond standard custom and vacuum sealed cuts.
